I've started my own online retail business selling nostalgic tin sign reproductions. Here's a selection of Old West signs that may be of interest to the members here:

I like to research the philosophy and quotations of Aristotle.

I haven't written any books yet ... but I've read a couple:

  • The Call Of The Wild

  • The Hardy Boys, The Secret Of The Caves

Hehe, just kidding ... I have a preference for non-fiction history, biographies and political current events. Anything by Ann Coulter for example.

Jazz Age:

I love most music from 1920-1939. My favorite male vocalist is Cab Calloway. My favorite female vocalist is Miss Lee Morse who just happens to be the FINEST SONGBIRD EVER RECORDED!

Read "Zen and the Art of Motorcycle Maintenece."  It'll give you a new perspective on Aristotle.

Unless you meant Aristotle Onassis, that is. Hah.

We haven't met yet but we will, so I may as well say that I'm Stockyard Jack, from Chicago, now living in Lemont, southwest of the city on the Des Plaines River and the old I&M Canal.

I'm a guitar player, a jack of all trades but master of none, but besides the guitar I also like 19th Century firearms, along with a lot of other aspects of life from that period of our history.

Some of those qualities of life and what it means to be a human being still exist here and there, and I  believe you can find them in the good ol' U.S. of A. if you do a little searching.  In fact, they're usually right in front of my own nose.

 Be talkin to ya.
